I just finished interviewing Richard White about his new book Who Murdered Jane Stanford. The book is not only a murder mystery (kind of), but more importantly it gives you a glimpse into the world of robber barons and socialites, police corruption and spiritualism, and more. The book is chocked full of intrigue, plots, and poison. Highly recommended!
