Deadwood 

This show has been on my list to watch for a long time. I’ve heard that it’s Shakespeare meets Wild West, so, in other words, it’s right up my alley. I am just mid way through the first season and it is most assuredly living up to the hype. I am sad that I am just discovering it: it would have been an excellent pandemic binge watch. 

Borgen 

Another show that has come highly recommended. It follows the career of a woman Danish prime minister. Less of the high order dialogue of a show like Deadwood and more of gritty, realist political talk that I enjoy as well. 

Brian Lagerstrom’s YouTube Channel 

I am a fan of cooking YouTube channels. I was into Babish for a while until he started getting into stranger and more obscure recipes. Brian is both a teacher and does recipes that are not just one offs, but repeat offenders. 

Everyday Engineering YouTube Channel 

Another great YouTube channel that is worth a regular watch. I know little to none about engineering, which makes the channel all the more interesting and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
